The Ramen Burger was invented by ramen blogger and ramen chef Keizo Shimamato (35 yrs old). The original Ramen Burger was voted one of “The 17 Most Influential Burgers of All Time” by Time Magazine.
Description[]
The Ramen Burger is a combination of ramen and a burger. The traditional bread buns are replaced by patties made from ramen.

- Ramen noodles from Sun Noodle (New Jersey ramen manufacturer) made into patties
- USDA fresh Certified Angus Beef Butcher’s Blend prime beef patty with a 75-25 lean-to-fat ratio (medium-rare to well-done) from Schweid & Sons.

- spiced arugula
- scallions
